Nasir Hussain has been a resident of Telfair, Sugar Land, for more than a decade, living with his wife, Sahar, and their four children. With 25 years of global experience in telecommunications, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from NED UET and a master’s degree in Communications and Networks from the University of Delaware. Nasir specializes in designing wireless networks for dense and semi-urban areas, enhancing digital infrastructure and connectivity in major metropolitan areas worldwide.Qualification:
- Actively involved in community development since settling in Sugar Land.
- Served as an active member of the HOA board from 2021 to 2023.
- Was a member of the City of Sugar Land Mobility Citizen Task Force from 2020 to 2022.
- Invited to participate in the City of Sugar Land Strategic Planning Think Tank Workshop to envision the city’s future.
- Currently serves as Co-Chair of the IEEE INGR Massive MIMO Working Group since 2023 and is an active member of IEEE.
- Previously a member of 5G Americas, contributing to the publication of multiple white papers on the future of wireless communications through 2030 and beyond.
